As part of extensive construction work starting in mid-July in the city of Bielefeld's light rail network, a rail replacement service (SEV) will be established under the name SE 4. This connects all remaining light rail branches between Sieker and Kunsthalle and ensures the connection to the rest of the light rail network at central transfer points.
