Description

The health insurance funds (whether HEK and/or hkk participate in the respective lot, resulting from the name of the respective lot) pursue the goal of concluding discount contracts with all suitable pharmaceutical entrepreneurs in accordance with § 130a(8) SGB V for the active substances, combinations of active substances or dosage forms, active strengths or finished medicinal products mentioned in the respective lot. Unless the contract provides for exceptions, the medicinal products that are the subject of the contract are always all interchangeable finished medicinal products of the contracting party under the framework contract for the supply of medicinal products in accordance with § 129(2) SGB V. The contract is concluded within the framework of the open-house procedure: Individual negotiations on contract contents are not conducted, uniform conditions apply. The health insurance companies do not guarantee exclusivity to individual contractual partners.
