Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is a repair service for fuel dispensers and fuel-car tankers, divided into 17 lots (tasks).
2. The contracting authority provides for a right of option in this procedure for tasks 5 to 17.
The right of option means that the contracting authority will certainly purchase the guaranteed quantity, whereas the Contracting Authority will present the quantities which he will exercise under the option on the day on which the contract is signed.
