Description

Willemspoort CV is voornemens een nieuwe parkeergarage bij de ontwikkeling van Willemspoort Zuid in ’s-Hertogenbosch (tegenover het Jeroen Bosch Ziekenhuis) te ontwikkelen. Willemspoort CV heeft ervoor gekozen om het project middels een geïntegreerd contract, UAV-GC 2005, te realiseren.
De parkeergarage is bovengronds en heeft een minimale parkeercapaciteit van 360 parkeerplaatsen verdeeld over 3 lagen (maaiveld + 2 verdiepingen). Onderdeel van de opgave is een optionele minderwerkopgave voor het uitvoeren 240 parkpeerplaatsen in plaats van de genoemde 360 door het vervallen van een bouwlaag.
