Description

The city of Erkelenz is looking for interested parties to organise a Christmas market around the Alte Stadthaus between 2019 and 2021 through a public tender for the award of a service concession.
The right of orientation is granted for three years. The extension option is subject to a joint declaration by both parties.
The event is defined as a special market on the basis of Sections 68 et seq. of the Trade and Industry Code.
