Note: Not all information for this procedure were successfully computed. Please consult linked documents for more details.
The object of the procurement is outsourced services related to the neuropsychological rehabilitation of patients treated by the HUS Group (HUS). The purchase concerns rehabilitation for children and adolescents (under 16 years of age). Neuropsychological rehabilitation of children and adolescents is medical rehabilitation aimed at improving the learning and functional capacity of children and adolescents. Rehabilitation can be targeted at linguistic and visual impairments, special difficulties in memory, attention and ERP. It can also target difficult reading and writing difficulties and problems in learning mathematics. Difficulties in the social perception and functional capacity of children and adolescents can also be alleviated by means of neuropsychological rehabilitation. In addition, rehabilitation can address negative emotions related to learning situations and experiences, such as anxiety. Rehabilitation always supports the child's self-esteem and positive self-image. The child and his or her guardians are provided with information and co-operation with the child's school and surroundings. The procurement is divided into four (4) areas. Component 1: Neuropsychological individual rehabilitation of children and adolescents at the practice Sub-area 2: Neuropsychological individual rehabilitation of children and adolescents outside reception Sub-area 3: Neuropsychological group rehabilitation of children and adolescents Sub-area 4: Neuropsychological rehabilitation of children and adolescents as a remote appointment The offer can be submitted in 1-4 areas, however, if the offer is part 2, the offer must also be submitted in part 1, and if the offer is part 4, part 1 must also be offered. Each rehabilitee must submit a separate offer with the requested information and appendices. For the sake of clarity, although service providers thus submit their offers on a rehabilitee-by-rehabilitee basis, the acceptance of an individual rehabilitee through such an offer does not automatically follow him/her, for example, when transferring to the service of a new employer or when the rehabilitee begins to provide services under his/her own business name, which has not been accepted in this tendering procedure. The comparison of tenders is made separately for each area on the basis of both price and quality, scoring from this call for tenders (section Criteria for decision-making) and the service description. The procurement procedure used is a health and social services procurement procedure designed by the contracting entity itself, which follows an open procedure. The number of successful tenderers is not limited. All tenderers fulfilling the requirements of the sub-area will be selected for each sub-area. HUS does not commit to ordering any specific amount of rehabilitation. The subject of the procurement and the related mandatory requirements are described in the service description and other tender documentation.
