Description

For the coming years (2027 – 2031), the municipality of Helmond wants to optimise the development opportunities for children in Helmond education and childcare within the frameworks set by the municipal council and within the national budget. We are looking for a party that will: • Organising and supervising networks with education and childcare • Managing and updating a reference work for professionals • Designing and implementing professionalisation offers in collaboration with VVE providers that optimally match their needs and the planning in practice of childcare. • Carrying out the annual scenario calculation hourly rate for Preschool Education • Carrying out a cost calculation/research VVE hourly rate in 2028 • Independent advice to the municipality of Helmond on relevant (flanking) themes, including at least the following themes: • newcomer education, • inclusive childcare and inclusive education; • General input for new policy papers. This is an agreement with a value of EUR 1 million.
