The subject of the contract is: Purchase, delivery and assembly of equipment for the Power Grid Assembly Studio for the needs of the emerging Industry Skills Centre in the field of Energy in Nisko as part of the project: ‘Establishment and operation of the Nizhny Novgorod Energy Sector Skills Centre’, financed under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP). 2. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of cancelling the procurement procedure under Article 257 of the Public Procurement Act if the public funds that the contracting authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract are not awarded to it. 3. The order is divided into four parts. The contracting authority shall allow partial tenders to be submitted. The Contracting Authority shall not limit the number of lots for which the Contractor may submit a tender: 1) Part 1: Purchase of delivery including assembly of tools and equipment – the description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 8 to Part 1 of the SWZ 2) Part 2: Security relay tester – the description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 8 to Part 2 of the SWZ 3) Part 3: Purchase of delivery with assembly - Protection automation of MV switchgear - description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 8 for part 3 to the SWZ 4) Part 4: Execution and assembly of cells – the description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 8 to Part 4 of the SWZ 4.
