In accordance with point III of the ToR
The subject-matter of the contract is work involving:
— construction of a district heating network with district heating connections to residential and service buildings at Niepołomicka Street in Gdańsk.
A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is contained in the project (technical) documentation constituting Annex 5 to the ToR and in the model contract and the accompanying documents constituting Annex 1 to the ToR.
Work should be carried out in the order and taking into account the deadlines indicated in Annex 2 to the ToR.
The execution of the works includes technological works (understood as the laying of the heat of the mains in the excavations made, the performance of all welding works confirmed by a positive report on the acceptance of welding lights, together with mufixing, ensuring continuous and stable operation of the district heating network) and restoration works, understood as restoring the site to its previous state.
