Process support, client consultation and project quality management for the new building HIC. ETH Zurich offers its students not only an excellent academic education, but also an inspiring environment for personal commitment. Many students actively participate in organizations, events and projects, thereby acquiring valuable interdisciplinary skills. The Student Project House promotes interdisciplinary collaboration in an inspiring ‘maker-space’. The university also offers professional structures to promote entrepreneurship and technology transfer. To further strengthen student and entrepreneurial initiatives, the new HIC building is planned on the Hönggerberg campus. It should offer space for different groups: the VSETH, which represents students in committees and offers a wide range of services; SOSETH, which provides the technical infrastructure and creative services; the Student Project House, which enables practical project work; as well as various competition teams that lead ETH students to top performances in international competitions. Entrepreneurship is also specifically promoted. With the new HIC building, a central place for exchange, innovation and corporate development is being created.
