I. The subject of the contract is the supply of laboratory equipment for the purposes of a non-commercial clinical trial (DRAGONFLY). The detailed description and the manner in which the contract is to be performed are set out in Annex 2 to the FTZ, in Annex 3 to the FTZ and in Annex 5 to the FTZ, as well as in the model contract. II. The proceedings are carried out as part of a project called: ‘Evaluation of the safety and efficacy of mifamurtide versus standard treatment with sorafenib in patients with high-risk osteosarcoma / Evaluation of the safety and efficacy of mifamurtide versus standard treatment with sorafenib in patients with high-risk osteosarcoma (DRAGONFLY)’. In accordance with the Act of 9 March 2023 on clinical trials on medicinal products for human use (hereinafter also referred to as: The Act) acts as a Sponsor of the non-commercial clinical trials included in the above-mentioned Project, implemented on the basis of Agreement No 2024/ABM/02/00010-00 for co-financing the project of a non-commercial clinical trial of 29 August 2025, concluded with the Medical Research Agency (hereinafter referred to as ‘ABM’). The contracting authority divided the subject of the contract into 4 lots. The contracting authority shall allow partial tenders to be submitted. A tender may be submitted for all lots. III. The Ordering Party processes your personal data for the following purposes: 1) conducting a public procurement procedure - pursuant to Art. 1 lit. c GDPR in conjunction with art. 2 lit. g GDPR in connection with the provisions of the Public Procurement Law Act; 2) verification of information on the absence of a criminal record as part of subjective measures of evidence - pursuant to Art. 1 letter c in conjunction with Article 10 of the GDPR in conjunction with the provisions of the Public Procurement Law Act; 3) archiving of personal data – pursuant to Art. 1 lit. c GDPR in conjunction with art. 2 lit. j GDPR in connection with the Act on the National Archival Resources and Archives; 4) establishing, pursuing or defending claims in connection with the conducted activity - pursuant to Art. 1 lit. e GDPR or Art. 2 point f of the GDPR, i.e. processing is necessary for the performance of tasks carried out in the public interest – proper management of the Contracting Authority’s property, i.e. conducting a valid public procurement procedure, guaranteeing the correct spending of public funds.
