1. The subject-matter of the contract is the provision of health services by midwives for the Municipal Hospital in Ruda Śląskie Sp. z o.o. 2. The subject-matter of the contract was divided into two packages:
Package I – provision of health services by midwives according to schedule within the Neonatological Branch or, if necessary, within the Milk Bank. The contracting authority guarantees that the recipient of the contract will be provided with a minimum of 86 hours per month. Package II – provision of scheduled health services by a midwife within the Milk Bank or, if necessary, within the Neonatological Branch. The contracting authority guarantees that the recipient of the contract will be provided with a minimum of 168 hours per month.
