Description

1. The subject of the contract is: Delivery of portable computers for the needs of ENEA Operator Sp. z o.o. 1.1 Portable computer set 1 (with bag) - 2000 pcs 1.2 Portable computer set 2 (with backpack) - 500 pcs 2. The Contracting Authority shall allow the submission of equivalent tenders on the following terms: 1) Equivalent Offers means offers to deliver computer hardware listed in Chapter II of the SWZ, equipped with operating systems equivalent to Microsoft Windows 11 64 bit in the professional version, having certificates equivalent to ISO 9001 Certificate. The criteria of equivalence of operating systems and certificates were indicated by the Contracting Authority in Chapter II of the SWZ, i.e. Description of the subject of the Order; 2) The contractor invoking equivalent solutions must prove, in particular by the means of evidence referred to in Articles 104 to 107 of the PPL, that the operating systems proposed by it (other than, respectively: Microsoft Windows 11 64 bit professional version) and certificates (other than: ISO 9001) certificate to an equivalent extent meet the requirements of the Ordering Party specified in Chapter II of the SWZ. 3. The contracting authority undertakes to use at least 70 % of the maximum total remuneration specified in the signed contract.
