Description

The generative AI platform to be procured is intended to digitally support administrative activities in everyday tasks, knowledge management and communication without shifting decision-making responsibility to AI systems. All generated content is subject to human review and approval by the relevant specialist. General personal data, case-related personal data and special categories of personal data must be processed in accordance with Article 9 GDPR, in particular health data. The total number of user licences under this framework agreement, including the county and all participating municipalities, shall not exceed 2,500. If this limit is reached, no further calls will be allowed.
