Description

The framework agreement will be implemented by issuing order forms. The services are paid for by unit prices. Estimated amounts are indicative and include options (similar benefits and renewals). Main features: Rental, transport, assembly, dismantling of capitals, tents, structures (ERP type CTS) and ancillary equipment for events organized for the city of ST RAPHAËL. As part of the regular organization of cultural, sporting, protocol or festive events, the City of Saint-Raphaël needs temporary structures (chapiteaux, tents, CTS-type structures) and associated equipment, allowing to welcome the public in conditions of safety and comfort in accordance with the regulations. Lacking the technical and human resources necessary for the implementation of these facilities, the City wishes to conclude a framework agreement with a single specialized provider, in order to respond flexibly, quickly and adapted to the diversity of events organized throughout the year. This contract will ensure the availability of compliant equipment, quality of service and cost control, in compliance with the obligations related to establishments receiving from the public (ERP)
