Service for the development and acquisition of the itec skynex cycle 1 license Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
This file develops and acquires the license for the first common version of the iTEC Skynex ATM system, ISNEX 2.0. The development and implementation of this file responds to the need for the continuous evolution to which the SACTA System is subjected. The integration of the iSNEX 2.0 product with the other components of the SACTA legacy system is planned. This integration is planned in the framework of the SACTA-iTEC 5 version, with a target date of deployment in the control centers of 2028. This is contemplated in ENAIRE's Strategic Plan Digital Sky, included in the Flight Plan 2025. The SACTA-iTEC 5 version is required for compliance with the AF5 and AF6 families of CP1 (Common Project 1) regulations. A decisive factor for the iTEC SkyNex Program is that it provides substantial and tangible benefits to iTEC members and their customers. The aim of the iTEC SkyNex programme is to deliver higher value for less investment and higher profitability over the life of the iTEC SkyNex system. The benefits are expected to be significant for all iTEC members as a result of common processes driven by a common strategy. Those benefits shall include: 1. Cost efficiency 2. On-time deliveries 3. Strategic alignment 4. Functional alignment 5. The objective of the iTEC SkyNex Program is to improve the ability to develop a common product and services that meet the needs of iTEC members, based on a new common Concept of Operations (CONOPs) and a common Strategic Technical Concept. The development of iTEC's SkyNex products will be based on the concept of 'metro stop', building on existing and proven solutions, whenever this is feasible. The strategic direction of development will be based on a common iTEC SkyNex roadmap that identifies when certain solutions will be available to meet the needs of each iTEC member. The iTEC SkyNex roadmap will therefore govern which requirements will be sought to be met in each delivery cycle. Within the main objectives of this specification and thanks to the services requested in it, it will be possible to access the achievement of the DEVICE DElegation through VIrtual Centres Project (acronym: 22-EU-TG-DEVICE financed by CINEA). The DEVICE project will industrialize a first version of the iTEC SkyNex platform, which will consolidate the virtual center and delegation technologies necessary to materialize the European Study of Air Space Architecture (AAS). In addition to the functional and technical requirements of the products to be developed, the engineering processes to be followed for the specification, development and verification of the common iTEC SkyNex products and the deliverables described in the dossier have been agreed with the iTEC SkyNex partners.
