The subject matter of the contract is: Provision of a service with a chain tractor / bulldozer/ for cleaning bush and tree vegetation on the walls of dams and their facilities located on the territory of the Municipality of Svilengrad. The need to provide a tracked tractor to carry out cleaning of a certain dam will be assigned by an award letter. The conditions under which the subject of the contract will be realized, as well as the rights and obligations of the contracting authority and the contractor, shall be in accordance with: the draft contract; the technical specification; the technical and price proposal of the contractor.
