Description

Le contrat à intervenir a pour objet une concession de services visant à assurer le développement, la promotion et la gestion du marché de gros de Charleroi. La Ville de Charleroi entend se concentrer sur son activité communale de base et recherche un exploitant qui, sur base d'un droit de superficie accordé jusqu'en 2060, reprendra la gestion du site et en assurera l'avenir dans le respect des concessionnaires installés. Le marché est idéalement localisé à proximité des rings intérieur et extérieur de Charleroi. Les marchés de gros les plus proches se situent à Bruxelles et Liège, ce qui réserve au marché de Charleroi une capacité de développement. A défaut d'offre susceptible d'intéresser le pouvoir adjudicateur, la concession pourra se limiter à une concession de services ayant pour objet la fournitures de services aux concessionnaires. La procédure s'inscrit dans le cadre d'une négociation négociée.
