Description

As a managed service provider in the IT market for statutory health insurance, BITMARCK is advancing digitalisation in the sector and its customers with innovative products, solutions and services. This is based on the GKV software standard BITMARCK_21c|ng, which is used by the affiliated health insurance funds. The group’s customers are the Operating and Innungskrankenkassen as well as DAK-Health and other replacement funds – over 30.000 employees and around 25 million insured persons in the GKV benefit from BITMARCK’s IT services and more than 80 % of the German statutory health insurance funds are customers of the group of companies. With approximately 1600 employees, BITMARCK has an annual turnover of EUR 350 million.
The GKV SC has also been an IT service provider on the statutory health insurance market for more than 10 years and is part of the contracting authorities.
