The subject of the procurement is the expert tasks of HVIAS technical systems for construction and renovation projects in the municipality of Lempäälä, as well as project supervision tasks to the extent specified in this call for tenders and its annexes. The procurement is divided into six (6) sub-areas: Sub-topic 1: New construction projects HVAC MANAGEMENT AND EXPERT WORK Sub-topic 2: New construction projects CONSTRUCTION AND EXPERT WORK OF BUILDING COUNTRIES Sub-topic 3: New construction projects ELECTRICAL CONTROL AND EXPERT WORK Sub-topic 4: Renovation projects HVAC MANAGEMENT AND EXPERT WORK Sub-topic 5: Renovation projects STRUCTURAL MANAGEMENT AND EXPERT WORK Sub-topic 6: Renovation projects CONTROL AND EXPERT ACTIVITIES OF ELECTRICAL ACTIVITIES A framework agreement will be established in the procurement. The provider may offer supervisors for all sub-areas, for only one sub-area or for a number of sub-areas of its choice. A maximum of three (3) Service Providers who have submitted the most economically advantageous tender will be selected for each sub-area. Tenderers shall be ranked according to the lowest price. The actual contract period is 24 months. The acquisition also includes a maximum of one (1) two (2) year option period. The estimated starting date of the contract period is 1 May 2025.
