The city of Spaichingen intends to replace the road bridge over the railway in the course of Schwampenstraße BW 005. The subject of the procedure is the award of the following planning services: - Structural design services for the demolition of the existing bridge in accordance with § 49 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 14 (to § 51(5), § 52(2) HOAI) in the performance phases 4 to 6 and object monitoring (special service in accordance with LPH 8). - Construction services for the new construction of the city bridge in accordance with § 41 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 12 (to § 43(4), § 48(5) HOAI) ) in the performance phases 5 to 8 and local construction supervision - Construction services for the new construction of the bridge in accordance with § 49 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 14 (to § 51(5), § 52(2) HOAI) in the performance phases 4 to 6 and property supervision (Special service in accordance with LPH 8). Technical equipment in plant groups 4 and 6 for the new construction of the city bridge in accordance with § 53 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 15 (to § 55(3), § 56(3) HOAI) in service phases 5 to 9. A gradual commissioning is intended, a claim to further commissioning does not exist.
