1. The subject of the contract is the insurance service of the Commune of Bytom (Municipal Office and organizational and subsidiary units of the Commune) divided into three parts: 1) Part 1 – Commune of Bytom – covers the insurance service of the Commune of Bytom (Municipal Office and organisational and subsidiary units of the Commune) in the scope of: a) insurance of property against fire and other contingencies, b) insurance of property against theft with burglary and robbery, c) insurance of electronic equipment against all risks, d) insurance against accidents, e) insurance against civil liability. The contracting authority provides for the award of contracts referred to in Art. 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Act for each lot of the contract. The contracts will consist in the repetition of the services described in the basic contract, i.e. insurance services up to 30% of the value of individual parts of the contract together with the right of option, on terms no less favourable to the contracting authority than those offered by the contractor in the basic contract (in particular as regards the terms of performance).
