Description

The subject of this consultation is a design contract relating to the rehabilitation and thermal improvement of a residence of 500 occupied dwellings located between the streets of Charenton, Meuniers, Nicolaï and gardeners in Paris 12th. The use of the completed design is justified by the set objective of improving energy efficiency as provided for in Article L2171-2 of the CCP. This contract includes the following services: Design for carrying out the energy renovation and rehabilitation works of the Charenton - Meuniers group - Start-up of the consortium mission: July 2026 Work carried out on the energy renovation and rehabilitation of the Charenton - Meuniers group - Estimated start-up works July 2027 - Estimated delivery January 2030. The group of companies must have at least the following skills, while presenting the smallest possible grouping and promoting the versatility of its members: - Architect registered with the Order of Architects - Company in charge of the works?: General TCE (including or adding the competence of work in an asbestos/removal environment) - One or more Technical Design Offices with the skills: fluids, thermal, acoustics, structure, environmental... - Building economy, sustainable development - Communication tenants
