1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the collection and management, indicated in the description of the subject of the contract, of municipal waste from owners of residential real estate and from real estate on which a holiday cottage or other real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes is located in the municipality of Parzęczew (hereinafter referred to as real estate on which residents live). 2. Provision of services referred to in sec. 1 includes, but is not limited to: a) Odbieranie oraz zagospodarowanie niesegregowanych (zmieszanych) odpadów komunalnych bezpośrednio od właścicieli nieruchomości. b) Odbieranie oraz zagospodarowanie popiołu z palenisk domowych bezpośrednio od właścicieli nieruchomości. c) Odbieranie oraz zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych selektywnie zbieranych - papier, szkło, metale, tworzywa sztuczne, odpady wielomateriałowe, bioodpady stanowiące odpady komunalne - w workach foliowych bezpośrednio od właścicieli nieruchomości. d) Odbieranie oraz zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych selektywnie zebranych obejmujące zużyty sprzęt elektryczny i elektroniczny, meble i odpady wielkogabarytowe oraz zużyte opony bezpośrednio od właścicieli 2-3 razy w roku. e) Wyposażenie przez Wykonawcę nieruchomości, na których zamieszkują mieszkańcy w zabudowie jednorodzinnej i zagrodowej oraz letniskowej w zestaw worków służących do selektywnego zbierania odpadów komunalnych oraz zapewnienie przez Wykonawcę właścicielom nieruchomości w zabudowie wielolokalowej możliwości zaopatrzenia nieruchomości w pojemniki do selektywnej zbiórki odpadów komunalnych. f) Organizację obsługi i obsługę PSZOK zlokalizowanego przy ul. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is attached as Annex 1 to the SWZ – Detailed Description of the subject-matter of the contract (hereinafter: SOPZ). 3. The contracting authority requires that the contractor or subcontractor employ, on the basis of an employment contract, persons performing activities in the performance of the contract, the performance of which consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22(1) of the Labour Code Act of 26 June 1974 (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2023, item 1465). The obligation to be employed on the basis of an employment contract applies to: drivers and persons collecting waste from the property.
