Provision of planning services pursuant to HOAI, Part 4, Section 2, §§53-56 ‘Technical equipment’ in specific plant group 6: Production installations.
The services to be awarded include “technical equipment” to the following extent:
— Performance phases 1-3 HOAI (1. Stage) – Groups 1-8,
— Performance phases 4-9 HOAI (2. Stage) – Groups 1-8 and are to be awarded through a negotiated procedure with participation in a competitive procedure.
No public funding is foreseen for the project.
