Description

Beschaffung einer Zyklusdrehbank mit CNC-Steuerung zur Bearbeitung von Drehteilen mit Durchmessern bis 1100mm und Längen bis 3000mm. Auf einen Werkzeugrevolver wird verzichtet, um den max. zu bearbeitenden Durchmesser der Werkstücke nicht einzuschränken. Die CNC-Steuerung muss von Siemens sein. Für die Bearbeitung von langen Werkstücken müssen Lünetten zur Verfügung stehen, welche den Durchmesserbereich 30-700mm abdecken. Der Arbeitsraum muss komplett geschlossen werden können. Die Maschine soll den heutigen Sicherheitsstandards entsprechen
