Description

This contract is a service contract which has as its object: · the cleaning of the administrative premises and the glazing and high furniture of the SDIS du Var, which includes the supply of materials and consumables necessary for hygiene in offices and sanitary facilities, as well as the premises of medical fitness offices (CAMs) for CISs with them. · additional cleaning services for windows and floors following construction sites or other work and specific cleaning services for irregular needs. This public contract is a service contract, in accordance with the provisions of Article L1111-4 of the Public Procurement Code (CCP) in force: As regards the cleaning of administrative premises, this is an ordinary contract; As regards the cleaning of glassware, high furniture and additional and specific cleaning services, this is a framework agreement, concluded with a single economic operator, within the meaning of Articles R2162-2 to 6, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the SPC referred to above. It shall be carried out gradually by issuing order forms drawn up by the contracting authority during the period of validity of the public contract.
