Description

The subject of the work is the introduction of two-layer mastic asphalt screed for subsequent rubber coverings (approximately 11,000 m2) and two-layer mastic asphalt screed with a terrazzo look (approximately 3,000 m2), including installation of impact sound insulation, bound bulking and waterproofing against soil moisture. The steps must be made in prefabricated pieces of mastic asphalt in a terrazzo look and laid on a hollow floor structure (also included in the scope of services). The school and sports hall are positioned in such a way that they form a spacious forecourt to the west. To the existing Bannwald in the south, the Pausenhof area is being created. The sports areas are located in the rear part of the property, to the east of the building. The outline of the school building is created by two interlocking bodies. Revolving escape balconies connect both bodies into one building. The larger, eastern part of the school building accommodates grades 5-10 as well as specialist classes and has two spacious, non-basement courtyards. In the eastern part of the building, the administrative and teacher area as well as the grades 11-13 can be found. In addition to the spacious foyer, there is space on the ground floor for the slightly lowered auditorium, which is classified as a meeting place. Underneath the auditorium is the naturally ventilated large garage with 81 parking spaces, which is accessible from the west. For the accommodation of the technical facilities, the school building is partly basement. The sports hall area is also structurally connected in the basement. This part of the building is partially lowered and includes a separate entrance area, a triple gymnasium, a single gymnasium and a two-storey climbing room. Due to the lower interior height of the single gymnasium, the roof area of the 4th sub-hall is expanded as a terrace by supplementing an outdoor staircase system and made usable as a lounge area and grandstand. A PV system will be installed on the green roof surfaces of the triple gymnasium and the school building. The school building will be built in the basement as a reinforced concrete solid construction and from the ground floor in hybrid construction, as a reinforced concrete skeleton construction, infilled with solid wooden wall elements. Wood-concrete composite ceilings, consisting of board-stacked timber elements and exposed concrete, are mainly used as ceiling components. The underside of the wooden elements receives an acoustic milling and remains visible later. The triple gymnasium is built in solid construction. The ceiling structure consists of BSH double images with acoustic trapezoidal sheet formwork. The single gymnasium is built in pure reinforced concrete solid construction. Since this is a large-scale construction project with a large number of different trades, the execution period for this work can be extended by up to 6 months due to circumstances that cannot be planned in advance by the client (e.g. special weather conditions, delays in the release of plans/statics, default/insolvency of pre-contractors), without this leading to additional remuneration claims by the contractor.
