Проектът предвижда изграждането на нов водопровод за допълнително водоснабдяване на село Горски Долен Тръмбеш с питейна вода от язовир „Йовковци”, подмяна на напорен и хранителен водопровод и два главни клона в селото.Дължините на участъците от водопровода на база технически проект са както следва:
нов довеждащ водопровод – 3456м ф90;
напорен (от същ. помпена станция до същ. напорен водоем) 835м ф125;
хранителен (от същ. напорен водоем до вход в селото) – 171м ф160;
Главен клон 1 – 861м ф110 и 1062м ф90;
Главен клон 2 – 663м ф110 и 129м.ф90.
