The subject of the contract is the service of protection of persons and property and monitoring of alarm systems together with the provision of Intervention Groups in the facilities of the Opole City Hall located at: − ul. Rynek 1A, 45-015 Opole, − Pl. Wolności 7-8, 45-018 Opole, − ul. Mały Rynek 14, 45-020 Opole, − ul. Sienkiewicza 4-6, 45-037 Opole, − ul. Budowlanych 4, 45-202 Opole, − ul. Damrota 1, 45-064 Opole, − ul. Szpitalna 3B-5-7, 45-010 Opole, − ul. Piastowska 17, 45-081 Opole (5th and 6th floors), − ul. Dukes of Opole 10/1, 46-020 Opole, − ul. Witold Pilecki 1A, 45-331 Opole (1st and 3rd floor). The service will be provided in the form of direct permanent and ad hoc physical protection and surveillance of signals transmitted, collected and processed in electronic devices and alarm systems. Right of option: a) The Purchaser reserves the right to exercise the right of option throughout the term of the contract. b) The right of option will be exercised in the case of: − the occurrence of circumstances requiring the order of an additional number of hours of personal protection, e.g. changes in the organization of work, renovations carried out after opening hours of facilities, introduction of alarm stages, etc. − increase the number of protected facilities, − the need to change the protection schedule for the Employer's facilities. c) Within the scope of the option right provided for, the Employer reserves the right to change the basic order in the scope of: Increase the number of hours of personal protection at a level not exceeding 4 500 hours. Increasing the number of monitoring cycles of alarm systems at a level not exceeding 72 cycles.
