Description

This consultation concerns troubleshooting, servicing and maintenance with major maintenance and, where appropriate, the renewal of installations, including the term ‘total guarantee’, with the exception of the fire safety system.
These services concern the security and fire-fighting installations in Tower Z located at 23-25 rue J. Michelet, Colombes.
It is important to note that rehabilitation of the tower will start at the beginning of 2016 with a provisional date of acceptance in the second half of 2017, during which the fire safety system will be completely replaced.
The contract will take effect from 1.1.2016 for a period of 12 months. At the end of this period, the contract may be renewed four times tacitly for a period of 3 months.
