Description

The subject of this consultation is the management on behalf of Cavamac of part of the reserves of the compulsory social security schemes for which it is responsible, placed in international actions. The purpose of the consultation is to select 3 managers, who will establish and manage CIUs under French law in the form of FIVG specifically for Cavamac (one fund each). Given the size of the overall amount given under management, the ability of market participants to manage large amounts and a desire to diversify risks, the market is a multi-contractor contract. Consequently, in order to ensure the security and profitability of the assets, the contract, in accordance with Article 77 of the CMP, will be awarded to 3 managers, each of them holding a management mandate, activated if necessary by issuing an order form.
