De opdracht betreft de inrichting en exploitatie van 23 toiletlocaties op 21 stations in Nederland. De toiletlocaties worden bij aanvang van deze overeenkomst opgeleverd en door Exploitant aanvaard in de staat waarin deze zich dan bevinden.
