Description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of mobile backpack sets for sampling without division into parts (tasks). 2. The requirements, quantities and a detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract are set out in Annex 1 to the FTZ and the other tender documents, which were published on the website of the procedure https://platformazakupowa.pl/pn/2rblog. 3. The contracting authority shall provide for the right of option in the procedure in question. The optional value of the Contract is the maximum value, and its non-performance (in whole or in part) cannot constitute a basis for the Contractor to pursue any claims in this respect. Optional deliveries may be made only with the consent of the Ordering Party, in the quantities indicated by him, in the applicable unit prices, on the date of performance (obligation) of the Agreement.
