Description
The subject of the contract is the supply of equipment, expansion and modernization of the Wrocław Preventive Monitoring System using the infrastructure of the LMDS radio communication system. The Ordering Party requires that the order be completed completely, to the full extent and in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party specified in this OPZ, SWZ and the terms of the contract. The Ordering Party requires that the order be executed with due diligence, based on proven, modern technologies, using modern knowledge related to the subject of the contract, respecting all applicable law. The contracting authority requires that the devices offered by the Contractor are homogeneous (i.e. it is forbidden to offer and then provide different models of devices, the devices must be the same within the model). Due to the need to provide solutions compatible with each other, the Ordering Party requires that all supplied accessories and accessories come from the catalog of accessories dedicated to the offered model of the device. The contractor must provide the relevant documents proving the compatibility of the technical solutions where the offered components come from a manufacturer other than the manufacturer of the device. All offered devices, accessories and accessories must be publicly available on the market, i.e. be produced in series and be included in the current offer of their manufacturers.
