Provision of specialised equipment and goods under the project “Joint Actions for Emergency Management in the event of hydro-meteorological events and accidental water pollution” (JAMES).
Lot 1:
mobile centre for investigation, analysis, monitoring and coordination of local intervention in case of emergency situations – 1 pc.
— immersion complete (including warranty and training) – 5 pc.
— emergency response vehicle – 1 pin;
— pedestrian pump 17 000/min – 1 pin;
generator 20-25 kva – 1 pc.
Lot 2:
— intervention bark – 1 pan.
The equipment shall be fully equipped and prepared for immediate entry into intervention.
The tenderer shall provide free training for the staff of the contracting authority in accordance with the specifications. Professional training courses for divers shall be carried out at the expense of the supplier, in accredited training centres, conf. HGR No 350/1993 on the training, training, processing and patenting of divers, supplemented by HGR No 571/1999. The preparation will be carried out exclusively during the period of the contract. All costs related to this activity will be borne by the supplier. The CA requested that each equipment be tested in 2 successive phases by the crew specifically designated by the ISU Vlasca.All costs of testing, consumables, as well as those involved in the movement of personnel designated by the CA, will be borne by the supplier.
