Description

This contract concerns the following sports equipment: — sports park (housing and stadium Ladoumègue, Paul Nicolas cloakrooms, community room), – Onisport Pierre de Coubertin centre (swimming pool and sports halls), – Villaine complex (swimming pool, gymnase, tennis 2013). The exhaustive list of equipment and premises can be found in Annex 2 to the CCTP. The purpose of this contract is to have the following services provided by the operator on behalf of the City of Massy: — the production and distribution of heat necessary and sufficient for space heating and domestic hot water production, – maintenance of heating installations, domestic hot water production systems, treatment installations, filtration and heating of swimming pool basins, – major maintenance and renewal of heating and domestic hot water installations, treatment installations, filtration and heating of swimming pool basin water, – maintenance and major maintenance and replacement of various equipment (sauna, hammam, waste water collection station, etc.). The contracting authority is responsible for the fuel required to fulfil the contractual clauses of the contract and is supplied by various suppliers (CURMA, GDF, etc.). The contractor will be responsible for the maintenance of all water treatment equipment, including major maintenance. Supplies of electricity and electricity consumption are excluded from this contract. Open invitation to tender pursuant to Articles 33, 57 to 59 of the Public Procurement Code.
