Description

This contract concerns the refurbishment and rehabilitation of buildings 176 and 256 for the 13th RDP. Building 176 is an R + 2 with basement floor. Building 256 is an R + 1 with basement floor.
The work consists mainly of the complete rehabilitation of the 2 buildings (excluding the rooms on the 2th floor of building 176) with a view to modifying the functional oraganisation of the premises. This new distribution will require demolition work, partitioning, interior joinery, electrical installations, sanitary plumbing, climate engineering, suspended ceilings, floor paints and hangings, opening of bays and partitions, fire safety and the construction of new partitions.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of the CMP, performance of the contract includes a mandatory inclusion clause by economic activity.
