The purpose of the procurement is to conclude a contract for the leasing of local electronic surveillance equipment.
The purpose of the contract is to lease local electronic surveillance equipment for monitoring convicted persons and persons in custody for four years (with the possibility to extend the contract by up to five months, if necessary), together with a comprehensive software and hardware solution (incl. renting of commercial software licences and installation of software and hardware at the contracting authority's location), software and hardware maintenance service, helpdesk and Estonian-language equipment and software training for the contracting authority's staff in Estonia, Tallinn.
