Specific contract negotiated for project management (Article 25 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016).
Basic project management for building works, in accordance with Law No 85.704 of 12.7.1985, known as the amended MOP law and its implementing decrees, including implementation studies (EXE), coordination authorisation (PCO) and diagnosis.
This consultation is carried out in 2 phases: one application submission phase (this phase), followed by a tender submission phase for the 4 selected teams. Only the team summary format (1 A3 max.), the poster framework format (max. 2 A3) and the programme fiche are made available to applicants during the first phase of consultation.
