Description

The present proceedings concern a contract for investor supervision of construction works entitled ‘Extension of Chwarznieńska Street in Gdynia – Witomiński section’. The procedure covers part of the contract for investor supervision services over the execution and during the period of the warranty of the execution of the works to be awarded by the Municipality. The total estimated value of the supervision of works exceeds the equivalent of EUR 221000, so for this procedure the Contracting Authority used an open tender procedure with a contract value exceeding the amounts laid down in the provisions issued on the basis of Article 11(8) of the PPL.
The contracting authority provides for the possibility of applying Article 24aa of the PPL in the procedure. If Article 24aa of the PPL is applied, the Contracting Authority will first assess the tenders and then examine whether the contractor whose tender has been assessed as the most advantageous is not excluded and meets the conditions for participation in the procedure.
