Description

Lieferung Planung, Projektierung, Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Dokumentation des Gesamtsystems für die zukünftige Produktions- und Sendetechnik von phoenix im neu bezogenem Gebäude Kurt-Schumacher-Str. 3, 53113 Bonn ("Schürmannbau"). Der Auftrags-umfang beinhaltet die komplette Lieferung und Integration der neu zu beschaffenen und beigestellten technischen Gerätschaften. Dazu gehören insbesondere die Konfiguration und die Inbetriebnahme.
Vom Auftragnehmer wird ein technisches Gesamtkonzept erwartet, das die Anforderungen eines 24h-Senders mit hohem Live-Anteil und umfangreichem, flexiblem Leitungsaufkommen abbildet. Zugleich soll moderne, bewährte sowie budgetschonende und leistungsfähige Technik zum Einsatz kommen.
Es sollen zur Sicherstellung der Zukunftsfähigkeit vor allem ein neues Live-TV-Studio mit Regie und Studioautomation, ein 24h-Playout mit Sendeautomation sowie eine vernetzte Produktionsumgebung realisiert werden. An das zentrale MAM mit Projektverwaltung und das Videostorage mit Ingest und Playout sollen fünf leistungsfähige Schnittplätze für High-line-Schnitt und mobile Schnittkapazitäten für Standard-Bearbeitung auf Arbeitsplatzrech-nern direkt angebunden sein. Zudem sind ein leistungsfähiges Transcoding und umfangreiche Möglichkeiten für Veröffentlichungen in Mediatheken, Web und Social Media vorgesehen.
