Description

For the development of the Wuhlheide Campus, engineering services are to be awarded for all the necessary measures for the conversion of the house at the bathroom and the modernisation of the forest house. The services include:
— Lot 1: Site planning (buildings and indoor spaces) in accordance with Part 3, Section 1 HOAI, performance phases 1 to 9,
— Lot 2: Services for outdoor installations in accordance with Part 3, Section 2 HOAI, service phases 1 to 9,
— Lot 3: Technical design of framework design in accordance with Part 4, Section 1 HOAI, performance phases 1 to 6,
— Lot 4: Technical planning TGA in accordance with Part 4, Section 2 HOAI, performance phases 1 to 9.
Applications, submission of tenders and award of the contract are possible for one or more lots or for all lots.
The total expected investment is around EUR 4.00 million gross.
