Description

The object of the contract was the supply by purchase of heating fuel – gas oil for combustion in stationary combustion plants with CPV code 09134000-7 and HOP code 2710 19 43 – necessary for the needs of the Municipality of Kozloduy and its secondary spending units for a period of 48 (forty-eight) months. Estimated quantity - 200 000 litres +/- 10%, which the contracting authority will use according to its needs and without obligation to purchase it in full. The contract shall be concluded for a period of 48 (forty-eight) months from 19 July 2025 or until the value of the Exchange Contract is reached, whichever is the earlier. Deliveries will be made within 3 (three) calendar days after a request by the buyer. The fuel supplied must comply with the provisions of the Ordinance on the requirements for the quality of liquid fuels, the conditions, procedures and methods for their control, adopted by Council of Ministers Decree No 156/15.07.2003 (SG No 66 of 2003) and the Declaration of Conformity of the quality of liquid fuels. All other conditions for participation in the public procurement are detailed in a contract - specification, which was awarded to the broker representing the contracting authority of "Sofia Commodity Exchange" AD. On the basis of Article 79(4) of the Public Procurement Act, the contract is concluded in accordance with the rules of the respective exchange. Place of delivery of the requested quantities of fuels - free of the following sites of Kozloduy Municipality: 1. Primary School "Vasil Aprilov" - village of Hurlets, 2 Antim I Str.; 2. State Forestry "Radost" - Glozhene village, 67 "Marshall Biryuzov" Str.; 3. ‘Hristo Botev’ Primary School, Glozhene Village, 1 Paisii Street; 4.
