Description

1. Scope of works The scope of construction works to be carried out as part of the extension of the provincial road No. 473 on the section from km 106+346.00 to km 107+931.37 includes:  extension of the junction with the district road No 2931E,  extension and reconstruction of the district road No 2931E,  reconstruction of the front wall of the culvert and elimination of the culvert,  demolition and construction of exits with covered ditches under the exits,  construction of bus bays,  construction of a parking bay,  construction and reconstruction of the drainage system, construction and elimination of open ditches, construction of a rainwater drainage system, construction of a retention and filtration reservoir,  construction and reconstruction of road lighting,  reconstruction of the network: energy, water supply, teletechnical,  construction of a technological duct,  horizontal and vertical marking. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is the project documentation (projects: construction, construction and technical services) and STWiORBs in accordance with Article 103 para. 1 of the Public Procurement Law Act of 11 September 2019. 2. The Contracting Authority envisages awarding, within 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract, to the existing contractor of services or works, a contract consisting in the repetition of similar services or works, consistent with the subject of the basic contract, up to a net amount of PLN 3 099 136.20. 3. The Ordering Party reserves the obligation to personally perform key tasks related to: execution of bituminous layers of road construction (layer of basic foundation and layer: binding and abrasive).
