Description

1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of computer equipment with software divided into tasks. Activity 1 – AiO hardware and software, type 1 - 200; Activity 2 - portable hardware and software, type 2 - 200; Task 3 – portable hardware with software, type. 3 - 6 pcs.; Task 4 – portable hardware and software, type. 4 - 5 pcs.; Task 5 – portable hardware with software, type. 5 - 5 pcs.; Task 6 – portable hardware with software, type. 6 - 4 pcs. 2. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of exercising the right of option on the basis of Art. 1 PPL, in terms of increasing the amount of ordered equipment by 100% in each task, on the following principles: 1) the contracting authority may exercise the option right once or several times (maximum 10 times), until the maximum amount of the option right is exhausted, i.e. up to 100% of the computer equipment in each task; 2) the contracting authority reserves the right to exercise the option in the event of demand for computer equipment and to obtain additional financial resources; 3) the contract executed under the option is a unilateral right of the contracting authority, therefore the contracting authority's failure to exercise the option right does not constitute a basis for the contractor to pursue any claims against the contracting authority; 4) the execution of the contract covered by the option right will take place within 10 working days from the date of submission by the ordering party of a written statement on the exercise of the option right, including the amount of Equipment under the option right. 5) the conditions for the performance of the contract covered by the option right will be the same as those applicable to the performance of the basic contract. The Ordering Party also stipulates that the unit prices covered by the option will be identical to those in the basic contract and unchanged throughout the entire duration of the contract; 6) the contracting authority reserves the right to exercise the option until 30 November 2027.
