Delivery of medicinal products under unbidden nomenclatures for the needs of "Rahila Angelova" Hospital. ​​​​​​​The approximate quantity by type of medicinal products is 223 (two hundred twenty-three) medicines /nomenclature units/. The quantities indicated are indicative and do not give rise to obligations for Rachila Angelova Hospital AD to purchase them in full or to limit them. The actual performance of the public contract shall be determined on the basis of real needs and financial security for its performance. The contracting authority shall provide an opportunity to submit tenders for one or more of the nomenclature items included in the subject of the public contract. Each participant has the right to submit one proposal for execution of the contract, for one, several or all nomenclature positions. Failure to submit a proposal under one of the nomenclatures shall not be grounds for excluding the participant from the procedure.
