This consultation will be conducted in an open tender procedure pursuant to Articles L.2124-1 and L.2124-2 and R.2124-1 and R.2124-2 of the Public Procurement Code. The nature of the proposed public contract is as follows: a service contract within the meaning of Article L.1111-4 of the Public Procurement Code.
