Description

The subject of this contract is the cleaning of the glazing of municipal buildings. It is subject to amended Order No 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 and Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016. These documents are referred to as “the Order” and “the Decree” in all the documents of the consultation.
It will be awarded to a single holder for a maximum of 4 years, including renewals.
As this is an open procedure, the maximum number of participants is not limited.
The maximum total value of the contract, in respect of ad hoc services, is set at EUR 160 000, exclusive of VAT, taking into account its duration and any renewals, plus the total fixed price for recurring services.
The City reserves the right not to pursue this consultation on grounds of general interest.
