1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a comprehensive service consisting in the sale of electricity for traction purposes together with an electricity distribution service. 2. The sale of traction electricity will take place through the traction network of PKP Polska Linie Kolejowe and the distribution network of the DSO. 3.
